testimonials_best_shapeLike most 30 year old guys, I had been partying hard, was eating take aways and got out of shape. After realizing I was on downhill slope I decided to do something about it. I started 1st with Darins 6 week Kickstart program and also followed the unique 6 week eating plan.

After the 6 week Kickstart program I started seeing a change in my body but more importantly felt great. I then progressed onto the 12 Hercules program, this really challenged me but ultimately got me into the best shape of my life. In those 18 weeks, my body fat dropped from 20 % down to 8 % and my weight up from 86kg to 95kg showing I had packed on lean muscle and ripped it up.

testimonials_picesThis time last year I was the heaviest I had ever been at over 18st. I’ve always been overweight but things were getting serious. I was stuck, bored and frustrated. I join the local community gym, paid up my subscription and went the grand total of …….. one time.

But then 7 weeks before Christmas I heard about Darin, Not one to turn down a “free offer” I decided to try out a personal training session (sure if it good enough for the rich and famous). I went expecting to hate it and be a one off thing I’d try and leave it at that. How wrong I was. Darin put me through me paces and I nearly died. A the end of the session he asked me to run for 3 minutes on the treadmill and I could hardly handle a one min waddle. I was so embarrassed. Darin asked me what my goal was and I told him I wanted to lose 7lbs in 7 weeks. He just smiled and said ‘easy, we’ll get double that.’ What I thought in my head is not suitable for paper but I set my target and stuck to it for 7 weeks.

By the end of week 2 I had lost 12lbs (first target blown to pieces) however I could barely move, every muscle hurt but I kept going. One day I even considered showering in my sports bra as I was so sore and tired I could barely take it off . Despite that I couldn’t believe the results. I stuck to Darin programmes, I trained 3-4 days a week and followed the food plan. By week 7 I had lost 1st 9 lbs, triple my target . It was the most amazing feeling.

Then I set my targets higher I wanted to reach 30 lbs but Darin raised the stakes again and set it 50lbs in one year.

I trained hard, and God knows there were days I didn’t want to be there, but if I ever started to slow down or take too long of a break Darin was always there to kick me back into gear. I continued to lose weight, I was getting fitter and Darin was pushing me harder.

One year later I’ve lost over 50lbs, I’m Leaner, Fitter, Stronger than I’ve ever been. My lifestyle has completely change all for the better. I owe so much to Darin for all his amazing help, support and encouragement.
