Who is it suited for?
- No training experience necessary.
- Men and Women with a fitness level of beginner to Intermediate.
- This is a 2 phase program allowing for progression, starting with a basic activation phase for the 1st 2 weeks and then increasing in intensity in phase 2 from week 3 to 6.
