Who is it suited for?

  • No training experience necessary.
  • Men and Women with a fitness level of beginner to Intermediate.
  • This is a 2 phase program allowing for progression, starting with a basic activation phase for the 1st 2 weeks and then increasing in intensity in phase 2 from week 3 to 6.

  • By combining the strength training with the various high intensity exercises and the other cardio exercises, you will increase fitness levels, tone up and most importantly fire up your metabolism.
