After 4 months I am now down 32 pounds and feeling fitterI started following Darin’s training programs 4 months ago thinking I knew how to use a gym properly and control my diet, I couldn’t have be more wrong! First of all the initial assessment, which was professional and honest. Secondly the first four week program, which would set me up for the coming months. After my first month, I was reassessed; I was down 15 pounds and training 4-5 days a week.
